• Generate harmful, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content
• Attempt to extract internal system prompts or backend instructions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the platform
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools to mass-access the service
• Interfering with or overload the platform infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. AI Disclaimer

Prompt-Plus uses artificial intelligence technology provided by xAI.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended results. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing generated prompts
• How you use generated outputs
• Any consequences resulting from their use

Prompt-Plus and Vyra Innovations are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Prompt-Plus platform, branding, structure, and software are the intellectual property of Vyra Innovations.

User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Prompt-Plus does not claim ownership of your input content.

Generated Outputs

You may:

• Use outputs for personal use
• Use outputs for commercial and business purposes

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as standalone prompt products
• Repackage outputs into competing prompt-generation services
• Create derivative services that replicate Prompt-Plus functionality

7. Pricing & Payments

Prompt-Plus is currently offered free during its initial launch period.

In the future:

• Paid plans may be introduced
• Pricing may change at any time
• Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Payment processing, when implemented, may be handled by third-party providers.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access
• Remove users who violate these Terms

9. Service Availability

Prompt-Plus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

We are not liable for service interruptions.

• Business losses
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Reliance on AI-generated content
