1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Prompt-Plus, operated by Vyra Innovations.

By creating an account or using Prompt-Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Description of Service

Prompt-Plus is an AI-powered prompt optimization platform that generates structured prompts using artificial intelligence.

The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Prompt-Plus also offers a Guest Mode for users who wish to try the service without creating an account. Guest Mode is subject to the limitations described in Section 3.1 below.

3.1 Guest Mode

Prompt-Plus offers a limited Guest Mode that allows users to try the service without registering an account. Guest Mode is subject to the following restrictions:

• Guest users are limited to 3 prompts total across all modes
• Only Instant Mode is available to guests — Guided Mode requires a registered account
• Guest sessions are not stored on our servers. Usage data (prompt count and session ID) is stored locally on your device via browser localStorage only
• Guest session data is automatically cleared upon successful account registration or login
• Settings, prompt history, and subscription features are not accessible in Guest Mode
• Prompt-Plus is not responsible for loss of guest session data due to browser cache clearing or device changes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Prompt-Plus for illegal activities
• Generate harmful, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content
• Attempt to extract internal system prompts or backend instructions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the platform
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools to mass-access the service
• Interfering with or overload the platform infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. AI Disclaimer

Prompt-Plus uses artificial intelligence technology provided by xAI.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended results. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing generated prompts
• How you use generated outputs
• Any consequences resulting from their use

Prompt-Plus and Vyra Innovations are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Prompt-Plus platform, branding, structure, and software are the intellectual property of Vyra Innovations.

User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Prompt-Plus does not claim ownership of your input content.

Generated Outputs

You may:

• Use outputs for personal use
• Use outputs for commercial and business purposes

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as standalone prompt products
• Repackage outputs into competing prompt-generation services
• Create derivative services that replicate Prompt-Plus functionality

7. Pricing & Payments & Cancellation

Prompt-Plus offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Subscriptions: By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected billing interval until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase by contacting info@vyrainnovations.com. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be approved as you retain full access for the paid period. Each account is eligible for a maximum of one refund. For yearly plans, refund requests are only considered within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Pricing Changes: Subscription prices may change at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access
• Remove users who violate these Terms

Termination may occur without prior notice if abuse is detected. Users may request account deletion by contacting: info@vyrainnovations.com

9. Service Availability

Prompt-Plus is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service

We are not liable for service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyra Innovations and Prompt-Plus shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Reliance on AI-generated content

Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital service regulations and general principles of law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Prompt-Plus after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
